25 Sad, Random things about Leah

Yeah, basically if everybody jumped off of the cliff I would be right behind...

25 Random Things about Myself

1. I can bend my pinky finger backwards at the first joint.
2. Most Crime Scene/ FBI shows on basic cable bug me, I guess I'm out of the loop or something.
3. I have never ever dyed my hair, ever.
4. After reading Lord of the Rings, I completely fell in adore with the character Sam. He's my fave-o-rite.
5. I've never been to IHOP. I want to go. Badly. *sob*
6. My second toe is longer than my big toe...it's kind of disgusting. Look away, I'm hideous.
7. I'm a little bit of a germ-a-phobe. That's why it's not funny when you sneeze in my face. Ahahahaha...no.
8. I love well fitting black trenchcoats. You might say I have well fitting black trenchcoat issues.
9. I have a freakishly active imagination. Sometimes it can be a problem, especially mixed with my sleep disorder tendencies. OH MY GOSH THERE'S A HAND COMING IN THROUGH MY WINDOW! Oh...wait...
10. I don't have enough playlists on my ipod. I've seen other people with tons of playlists and...it makes sense. So I'm trying to make more playlists. Because my life needs to be less musically complicated, don't you think?
11. Sometimes I think my view of beauty is slightly askew, I don't seem to always see it in nature and people the way others do.
12. I'm very aware of the way things are in movies and on tv, and I'm constantly coming up with ways of making things like the way they are in movies. I think up scenarios of things as what they would be like in movies or in a movie trailer. I'm a romantic/idealist, and I think it's part of making things as ideal and un-real life like as possible. That's part of what God gave me to make me a photographer I think. Music really triggers it in me, for some reason. Pictures with the same spirit as the music, the way it would be in a movie, come to my mind.
13. The first chapter book I ever read was 'Charlotte's Web'. It also began my lifelong completely misguided love for little piglets.
14. When I was about 3 or 4 when I would hear a song I liked I would tell my mom, 'I love that song!' Then, maybe afraid of lying or something, I would add that I loved every song in the world. Except the bad ones.
16. I've heard several times that I remind people of Flo, from the Progressive Insurance commercials. Sometimes the way she acts disturbs me, I kind of feel like someone stole me. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr7N4t91qMs)
17. I have a severe disgust of eels. Yaks too. I don't know why.
18. When I was little, I used to make up songs. One, I remember in particular, was sung with lots of put on vibrato about meeting someone 'by the fountain'. It was an amazing song. I'm surprised Celine Dion didn't pick it up.
19. I went through a sort of punk/weird stage in my early teen years. It was weird. But oddly enough, it's only slightly embrassing as it was part of what made me who I am today. C'est la vie.
20. I'm a major wimp, I can only barely control myself in situations that frighten me. I'm getting a little better at it though...or maybe I'm just getting better at avoiding frightening situations. Who can tell.
21. Tiramisu is my absolute favorite dessert. Most times it involves a hysteric coughing spasm though, as I generally try to talk and eat it at the same time. If you've eaten it before you know what I mean.
22. I have a problem anthropomorphizing non alive objects. As in...leaving something I own outside in the rain would really bother me, even though I know it has no feelings. Wimp.
23. I've only been to an amusement park once. It was awesome.
24. I'm a highly suspicious individual, I can't help it. I think it's part of my falling in adoration with Sam in Lord of the Rings.
25. I freaked out in Bed, Bath, and Beyond the other day when I saw a pair of shoe things that you put on to clean your floors. I've always yearned to do this since reading Pippi Longstocking, who scrubbed her floor by pouring soapy water all over the floor and tying brushes to her feet and skating. Would that not be AMAZING?
